TRUMP team wallets have deposited 81.87M tokens to Binance and OKX over 8 months

Arkham and Ember Monitoring tag $249M of TRUMP sent from team-attributed wallets to Binance and OKX since February; the team still holds 71.8% of supply.

Wallets that Arkham Intelligence and Ember Monitoring attribute to the TRUMP memecoin team have cumulatively deposited 81.87 million TRUMP to centralised exchanges — primarily Binance and OKX — over the past eight months, at an average sending price of $3.04 for an aggregate dollar flow of ~$249M. The team's attributed balance still stands at ~718M TRUMP (71.8% of supply), valued at ~$1.49B at a current spot price near $2.

The attribution flows from Arkham's labelling of the team's custody path (BitGo-labelled custody wallets → named CEX deposit addresses) and from Ember Monitoring's independent address clustering. Neither firm claims formal access to the team's internal records.

What the on-chain trail shows

Per Arkham and Ember's published tracking, the pattern is a drip of post-unlock deposits rather than a single sale:

  • 12.54M TRUMP moved to CEXs in four batches since April 28, cumulatively worth about $150.68M at the time of each deposit.
  • ~8.4M TRUMP (approximately $18M) was sent to OKX in September 2026 after a scheduled vesting unlock.
  • ~$16M of TRUMP was most recently routed from a BitGo-labelled custody wallet to OKX deposit addresses within hours earlier this week.
  • Over the full eight-month window, the net destination split skews to Binance and OKX.

The team allocation originated at 800M TRUMP — 80% of the 1B fixed supply when the token launched in January 2025. After the deposits, Arkham labels ~718M as still team-held across wallets and vesting contracts.

The numbers

  • Total supply: 1,000,000,000 TRUMP (fixed).
  • Team allocation: 800,000,000 TRUMP (80%).
  • Cumulative deposits to CEXs (last 8 months): 81.87M TRUMP (~8.2% of total supply).
  • Average deposit price: $3.04.
  • Dollar flow: ~$249M.
  • Current team-attributed balance: ~718M TRUMP (71.8% of supply).
  • Reference price today: ~$2 (down from a January 2025 peak of $73.43).

Caveats

Attribution to a project team is probabilistic unless the team itself confirms address ownership. In this case:

  • Arkham's labels for TRUMP team wallets have been in place since launch, cross-referenced against the project's publicly disclosed BitGo custody path.
  • Ember Monitoring's clustering is independent and arrives at the same custody-path cluster.
  • Neither label implies that the depositor sold on exchange — only that tokens moved to venues where sales are possible. CEX deposits that are followed by withdrawals in the same cluster do not represent net disposals; only reductions in the team-attributed on-chain balance do, and the ~81.87M figure tracks the latter.

Why it matters

The deposits sit against a backdrop of three structural facts that are easy to lose when staring at the daily move:

  1. TRUMP is 71.8% team-held. The free float that defines spot price discovery is a sliver of the cap table.
  2. The unlock schedule continues. The team allocation vests over multiple years; the deposits over the last eight months occurred alongside each scheduled release.
  3. Spot price has compressed from $73.43 to ~$2, a ~97% drawdown from the January 2025 peak. The current team-attributed position is still worth ~$1.49B at the compressed price.

This isn't a judgment on direction. It is the standing-math readers should carry when they see any TRUMP-related on-chain headline: the overhang that matters is the 718M tokens that have not yet moved.

What to watch

  1. BitGo custody flows to CEX deposit addresses labelled on Arkham. Any inter-month acceleration above the current ~$30M/mo cadence materially changes the overhang.
  2. Vesting-contract reads on Solana for the team allocation. The on-chain schedule is public; the next scheduled release windows anchor the next deposit cluster.
  3. Exchange-side disclosures. Binance and OKX periodically publish large-holder statistics for listed tokens; TRUMP concentration in CEX wallets is the counter-side of this on-chain trail.
